Friends of Kevin Sorgi Celebrate
3. May 2009 by pat desmond.
Usually politicians are only honored when they win an election.
.
Kevin Sorgi, Milton town treasurer for the past 28 years, enjoyed the applause of many of his friends May 1 at the Lantana.
What was the best part? The love.
Kevin’s wife, Eileen, presented him with a set of Titleist irons.
His mother, his three children and assorted other relatives were in the crowd.
Town Clerk James Mullen ran the show with great humor.
Photos from the event will eventually be printed in the Milton Times.
Despite the fact that the pictures are ready for publication. The photos taken a week earlier at the two Little League parades will have to run first.
