Ready to Celebrate
7. August 2009 by pat desmond.
The National Newspaper Association is awarding The Milton Times an honorable mention in the 2009 Better Newspaper Contest.
The story that won was all about Fuller Village resident Kurt Ladner, a man who survived Nazi death camps.
The Milton Times is the only newspaper in Massachusetts to win anything at all in this year’s contest.
The actual award will be presented at the end of September during the annual NNA convention in Mobile, AL.
